College football student-athletes are in a position of social influence and the Societal Benefit service program provides them with the tools to make a positive and lasting impact. Similar to the way the NFL/United Way partnership educates fans about opportunities to get involved; Uplifting Athletes mobilizes the college football community to take action against rare diseases in a number of different ways.
